Updating the voter list with pictures


1. According to the schedule of the District Election Officer, Noakhali, the data collectors appointed to collect the information of the voters for the preparation of the voter list with photographs collected the information and distributed the voter slip by filling up the voter registration form no.2. Voters are registered on the date of registration. The data base is sent to the District Election Office, Comilla and the Election Commission Secretariat.

2. Deletion of names of voters from the respective constituencies due to death.

3. To complete all the activities of transfer of voters.


 


Distribution of National Identity Card:

Distribution of National Identity Cards to the voters obtained from District Election Office, Noakhali is undertaken.


 Jatiya Sangsad Election, Upazila Parishad Election and Union Parishad Election Activities:

1. To collect nomination papers and election guidelines and various forms from the District Election Office, Noakhali and distribute them among the Returning Officers as per the schedule.


2. Collecting ballot papers, election materials for various elections from District Election Office, Noakhali and distributing them among Returning Officers and Presiding Officers.


3. To prepare the list of polling officers and to complete all the activities of their electoral training.

4. Distribute transparent ballot boxes, lids or lids.

5. To consolidate the election results and send them to the District Election Office, Noakhali
